dare to do but doesn't dare to face the consequences

While we were waiting for our grandfather to come and fetch us back from school, Sandra keep bullying me even my classmates saw that including my class bully free ambassador. After waiting for a while, she went to buy a drink and told me to wait. I thought that I finally won't be bullied by Sandra again so I hurry talk whatever I want to say to my friend in private. However, Sandra came back as soon as possible and she was back to bully me again... In my mind, I was thinking: How did sandra become like this, why i never do anything to her and she does something to me? When will this misery end? I wanted to avoid her, but I couldn't. After tolerating her "bad saying trying to make fun of me and embarassed me in front of my friends" for awhile. I budge into the canteen trying not to let her know, but she followed me into the canteen. I though: Now, i will never ever get away from her!!! I didn't know what to do next, so I just stayed and chat with my friends trying my best to ignore her... Luckily my friends protected me and I wasn't bullied like I was a fool... she sucked her drink with the straw and blew it at me and the drink was over my shirt.
Just now I just told my mum that incident, and my mum scolded Sandra and now she is going to get after me!!! GOSH!! anyway, i did nothing wrong. That's what i meant, she dares to do it but doesn't dare to face the consequences :(
